When emotions are running high and you react by overreacting, how do you process what really happened? All I would really like to do is pretend it never happened, ignore the random flashes of the memories in my head and what I perceived. But how do you move on from that something without analyzing the situation?
Right now I feel like my thoughts and feelings have been through the wash. Maybe after a night of sleep I can get a better grasp on how I think and feel. It has been a definite case of the Mondays today.
