Waiting

I am not a patient person. I know this about myself which is why I try to practice as much as possible. This past week I was able to practice during my time travelling.

I flew with Southwest on my way home and was able to choose where I sat. I found a seat at the back of the plane so that I could patiently wait for everyone else to unload once we got to our destination. Checking a bag with the airline (free because Southwest is awesome) is another way I had to be patient.

Travelling by air is a good way to put yourself in a situation that will force you to be patient. There are so many lines you wait in–checking in, security, boarding, etc. Just remember, you can control only the way you behave and not how others behave. So be kind to one another.

How do you work on your weaknesses?
